Weekly rolling plans
Cancel anytime by giving written notice.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing week.
No refunds for any week already started, as work and capacity are reserved.
Monthly rolling plans
Cancel anytime by giving written notice (usually one month, or as stated in your Service Terms).
No refunds for the current month or notice period, as work and capacity are reserved.
Prepaid packages (annual, multi-month, or project-based)
Once work has started, fees are non-refundable for work completed, capacity reserved, and setup carried out.
If you cancel early, we may:
deliver the remaining items, or
at our discretion, refund the unused portion after deducting completed work, setup costs, and committed costs.
What counts as “work completed”?
Work completed includes:
Videos delivered (edited, posted, or provided for your use)
CRM access and setup provided
Automations, configurations, or workflows built
Consultations, strategy calls, or support provided
Content created (scripts, thumbnails, graphics, plans)
Your legal rights
