The site is for information only. Content may contain errors or be incomplete. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or that the site is free from defects. You use the site at your own risk. You may report issues to [email protected].

2. Intellectual property

All content is owned by LPV GLOBAL LTD or our licensors. You may view and print for personal use only. You must not copy, adapt, publish, sell, or reuse any content without our written consent.

3. Acceptable use

You must not break the law, infringe intellectual property, upload harmful code, scrape or harvest data, or try to disrupt the site. We may suspend or block access if we suspect misuse.

4. Links

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

5. Service terms, payment, cancellation and refunds

Our services are supplied under these Terms of Use and any separate Service Terms provided at the point of sale (for example, a proposal, order form, or invoice). By placing an order or paying an invoice, you accept these Terms of Use and any Service Terms provided to you in writing.

5.1 Payment terms (all customers)

Invoices are due on the date stated.

Payment of an invoice constitutes acceptance of these Terms and the scope of work described in the invoice or accompanying Service Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is not received when due.

5.2 Late payment and recovery (business customers only)

Where an invoice is a qualifying commercial debt under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, we may charge statutory interest and fixed compensation.

If payment remains outstanding, we may instruct a third party to recover the debt. You agree to pay reasonable recovery costs we actually incur (such as collection fees, legal fees, or court fees), where permitted by law.

5.3 Service delivery and scope

The services we provide, and what is included, are described in the invoice, proposal, or Service Terms you receive at the point of sale.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

CRM services provide access to a white-label CRM platform built on third-party infrastructure (e.g., GoHighLevel/LeadConnector). We provide setup, support, and configuration. Custom pipelines, workflows, and bespoke builds are not included unless specifically agreed and scoped in writing.

Video production services include editing and posting of videos you record. The number of videos, posting schedule, and included revisions are as stated in your Service Terms.

If you require additional work beyond the agreed scope, this will be quoted separately and requires your written approval before we proceed.

5.4 Third-party platforms and data

Where we provide access to third-party platforms (such as CRM systems, email marketing tools, or social media scheduling tools), your data is stored and processed by that third-party provider under their terms and privacy policy.

We will provide you with information about the platform provider and data handling on request.

You remain responsible for ensuring your use of these platforms complies with data protection law (e.g., UK GDPR).

5.5 Cancellation and refunds

Weekly rolling plans (if offered)

You may cancel at any time by giving written notice.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing week.

No refunds are given for any week that has already started or been paid for, as work and capacity are reserved.

Monthly rolling plans (if offered)

You may cancel at any time by giving one month’s written notice (or as stated in your Service Terms).

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the notice period.

No refunds are given for the current month or notice period, as work and capacity are reserved.

Prepaid packages (annual, multi-month, or project-based)

Once work has started, fees paid are non-refundable for:

work already completed,

capacity already reserved,

access already provided, and

setup, onboarding, or implementation work carried out.

If you cancel a prepaid package early, we will:

either deliver the remaining items within a reasonable time, or

at our discretion, refund the unused portion after deducting:

the value of work completed,

setup and onboarding costs, and

any committed or non-recoverable costs.

“Work completed” includes videos delivered, CRM access provided, configurations made, content created, consultations held, and support given.

5.6 Your legal rights

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights under consumer protection law where they apply.

If you are a business customer, your rights are as set out in these Terms and in the contract between us.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied terms. We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss. For paid services, our total liability arising in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid to us in that period. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Privacy and cookies

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data and cookies, your rights, and how to contact us about data requests. Link: /privacy-policy

8. Changes

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes take effect when posted with a new “Last updated” date.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
