Acceptance of terms
By using this site or buying or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use and any proposal, order form, invoice, service terms, or data processing agreement that applies to your order. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

1. Site content and errors

The site is for general information. Content may contain errors or be incomplete. We do not guarantee continuous availability, accuracy, or that the site is free from defects. You may report issues to [email protected].

2. Intellectual property

Site and service content is owned by LPV GLOBAL LTD or our licensors. You may use content supplied to you only as permitted by your service agreement. You must not copy, adapt, publish, sell, reverse engineer, or reuse our site, software, templates, or materials without permission or another lawful right.

3. Acceptable use

You must not break the law, infringe rights, send unlawful or unsolicited communications, upload harmful code, scrape or harvest data, bypass access controls, misuse another account, or disrupt the site or services. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, data, the service, or the law.

4. Links and third-party services

Links and connected third-party services are provided for convenience or service delivery. Third parties are responsible for their own platforms, availability, and terms. We are not responsible for a third-party service beyond our legal duties and the commitments expressly included in your agreement with LPV.

5. Service terms and scope

Services and included work are described in the proposal, order form, invoice, or Service Terms supplied at the point of sale. Payment or use of the service constitutes acceptance of those documents.

CRM services may provide access to a white-label platform using third-party infrastructure such as HighLevel or LeadConnector. LPV may provide setup, support, configuration, content, automation, and related services. Bespoke pipelines, workflows, integrations, migrations, and builds are included only when agreed in writing.

Video, content, advertising, and marketing services include only the deliverables, channels, quantities, revisions, and schedules stated in the applicable agreement. Additional work requires written agreement and may be charged separately.

6. Customer accounts, managers, and permissions

You are responsible for people you invite to your organisation or workspace, including owners, managers, employees, and contractors. You must assign suitable roles, review permissions, remove access when it is no longer required, and ensure authorised users comply with these Terms.

A user assigned to more than one business may access information from each assigned business. Roles control access; they do not transfer ownership of customer data. You must not give access to anyone who is not authorised to view or use that information.

7. LPV support and administrative access

You authorise LPV and its authorised personnel to access and process customer data only as reasonably necessary to provide, configure, secure, maintain, and support the services, carry out your documented instructions, prevent or address misuse or security incidents, restore service, and comply with law.

Depending on the work, LPV access may include settings, contacts, conversations, calendars, media, workflows, integrations, social connections, and activity in a connected CRM sub-account. Some CRM functions allow authorised agency administrators to access multiple customer sub-accounts or temporarily enter a user view without that user’s password.

LPV personnel with access to customer data are subject to confidentiality requirements. LPV will not use customer data for unrelated purposes. Where practical, support work will be connected to your request, instructions, or the service being supplied.

8. Customer data and data protection

You retain your rights in customer data. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for collecting, uploading, instructing us to use, and communicating with people whose information you place in the services.

For customer-controlled contact, lead, employee, and business data, you normally act as controller and LPV normally acts as processor. LPV may act as controller for its own billing, security, legal, service-management, and customer-relationship records.

Where data-protection law requires a controller-to-processor contract, our Data Processing Agreement forms part of the service agreement. You must respond appropriately to data-subject requests and notify us promptly where our reasonable assistance is required.

9. Connected platforms

Customer data may be stored or processed by contracted providers such as HighLevel or LeadConnector and other hosting, communications, payment, social, advertising, publishing, and artificial-intelligence providers needed for the selected service.

You authorise us to connect and use the accounts and destinations you select. You are responsible for maintaining the necessary rights, permissions, notices, and platform compliance. Provider outages, restrictions, policy changes, or account decisions may affect delivery and are outside LPV’s reasonable control.

10. Customer instructions and content

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights associated with content, contact lists, instructions, claims, offers, and materials you provide or approve. You must review content before publication. Automated and AI-assisted outputs may contain mistakes and require human review.

You grant LPV and our contracted providers the limited rights needed to host, process, edit, transmit, schedule, publish, and otherwise handle supplied materials for the agreed service.

11. Payment

Invoices are due on the stated date. We may suspend services when payment is overdue. For qualifying business debts, we may charge statutory interest, fixed compensation, and reasonable recovery costs where permitted by law.

12. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation terms are those stated in your proposal, order form, invoice, or Service Terms. Unless otherwise agreed:

  • weekly rolling plans end after the current paid billing week;
  • monthly rolling plans require one month’s written notice; and
  • prepaid, annual, multi-month, setup, implementation, and project fees are non-refundable to the extent work was completed, access or capacity was provided, or costs were committed.

If a prepaid service ends early, LPV may deliver remaining agreed work or calculate any refund after deducting completed work, setup, reserved capacity, and committed or non-recoverable costs. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights where they apply.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where payment is overdue, these Terms are materially breached, use creates a security or legal risk, a required provider withdraws access, or suspension is reasonably necessary to protect the service or another person. Where appropriate, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the issue.

14. Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, replace, or change parts of the services. We do not promise uninterrupted operation. We will use reasonable care in providing paid services and will communicate material changes where required by the agreement or law.

15. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, LPV is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill, or data. For paid services, LPV’s total aggregate liability arising in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees paid to LPV for the affected service during that period.

16. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how LPV handles personal information. The ClientWorkSystem privacy notice is at https://record.lpv.agency/privacy.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, providers, or legal duties change. Changes take effect when posted with a new “Last updated” date. Where required, we will give reasonable notice of a material change.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives a consumer the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
